Going back to Thunder Bay from Sudbury for my seven-week placement was exciting and nerve-wracking at the same time. I hadn’t lived in Thunder Bay for three years and I didn’t know anyone anymore. In Sudbury, I had been exposed to the media and was familiar with the community; it was completely different when I returned to Thunder Bay.

Thunder Bay, ON –Today, Thunder Bay Hydro recognized four local businesses at their 2013 Retrofit Excellence in Energy Efficiency & Conservation Awards. Each business has demonstrated leadership to save on energy and has participated in the Thunder Bay Hydro saveONenergy RETROFIT PROGRAM over the past year. The RETROFIT PROGRAM provides incentives for commercial operations to install newer, more energy efficient solutions.
